Out of all the online assignments we have done my favorites have been the stem lab, and birthing demonstration. I was really curious on how we would get to do the interactive parts of caps at home, and I think it worked really well. It was cool that our teacher was in the building, being able to see the dummies was fun. The small zoom group was a great way to be able to talk out. Because we were in our normal stem lab groups I knew everyone and felt more comfortable talking. I think we did relatively well at participating, considering that we couldn't do any of the physical elements. I wish I would have memorized the special tests of the knee better, I realized because I hadn't physically done them I didn't recall things like hand placement.
The birthing simulation was cool, but also kinda gross. It made me reconsider having a kid in the future. I think I will adopt. One thing that I was confused about was how this fits into sports medicine. I don't know many athletes who are 8 months pregnant. I look forward to the rest of caps and hope that we get to go back after Christmas break.
